Broker Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities: Provide friendly, confident and informative loan status updates, product and service information; resolving credit and settlement escalation issues. Customer Service Officer Job Duties: Call clients to provide an update on application status Assist client liaising with bank on their behalf to source updates and information as required in a timely manner. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Call existing clients to follow up and make sure they are receiving all the care and assistance they need. Act as a liaison between the loan processing team and our clients, explaining any additional bank requirements that may arise during the application process. Escalate files with stakeholders to ensure urgent files are looked at quickly and settled on time. Ensure all files are tracking within Service Level Agreements Customer Service Officer Skills and Qualification s: A desire to genuinely make people happy Basic knowledge of accounts and loan types, Strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Lateral Thinking, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a banking / broking customer service or loan affiliated role Please ensure you have an update to date resume and 2-3 references!
