Seeking an experienced client service and administrative assistant to work in our mortgage broking business.
Located in Brookvale in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we provide residential and commercial loan advice to our clients.
We offer a relaxed, small team, office environment although maintain high standards of professionalism as we are a very customer focused team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for flexible work arrangements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Database and client relationship management.
Client, lender and business contact liaison.
Complete file management and follow ups.
General office duties and assisting when needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple tasks in a dynamic fast paced work environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
Strong computing skills and ability to learn quickly.
The successful candidate will also be highly organised and results orientated and the ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
Banking & finance experience preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce or Podium applications will be highly regarded.
