Job Description

Broker Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, confident and informative loan status updates, product and service information; resolving credit and settlement escalation issues.

Customer Service Officer Job Duties:

  • Call clients to provide an update on application status
  • Assist client liaising with bank on their behalf to source updates and information as required in a timely manner.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Call existing clients to follow up and make sure they are receiving all the care and assistance they need.
  • Act as a liaison between the loan processing team and our clients, explaining any additional bank requirements that may arise during the application process.
  • Escalate files with stakeholders to ensure urgent files are looked at quickly and settled on time.
  • Ensure all files are tracking within Service Level Agreements

Customer Service Officer Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements
