ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company is a fast paced ambitious Mortgage Broking Business. They are well known in the market and are a popular household name. They have helped thousands of Australian families compare their current home loans and save thousands of dollars a year. 

The business has almost doubled in size in the last year and are looking to expand again.

The role itself is located just outside of the city with public transport on its doorstep and free parking available.

THE ROLE:

An opportunity has opened up for a Broker due to the volume of leads and growth of the business. 

If successful, you would be meeting with clients face to face, learning more about a customers current loan product, what they value in a home loan and helping them see the value in comparing their current loan with a free consultation. Ultimately you are helping clients save thousands of dollars a year with a more cost effective loan product and guiding them through the process of changing over.

The role provides you with a minimum of 15 qualified APPOINTMENTS per month.



WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING?:

The main duties would include:

  • Meeting clients across Melbourne in their homes or at the office.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and go above and beyond to satisfy those needs.
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication and effective questioning.
  • Understanding the loan process and choosing a suitable product based on what they require and what is important to them.
  • Submitting documentation and assessing clients eligibility to change over.
