Job Description

Our client is a successful Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking business with a focus on providing strategic financial solutions to their clients. They have an incredibly client focused approach and enjoy a very friendly and social working environment that encourages ongoing development. Due to ongoing growth a fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their team and service a large volume of referrals.

The role:

Your key responsibility in the role will be to provide holistic and honest home loan advice to a range of clients, supporting them through the property investment and financing process. You will be required to service existing clients and given access to numerous high quality referrals, however the successful candidate will also have strong business development skills and an eagerness to help grow the business. On average you will settle $3-4M per month and have the added support of a dedicated administration team to help you process applications.

The successful candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive and relationship focused Mortgage Broker who is capable of writing a large volume of loans. You will have excellent customer service skills, a great overall attitude and the ability to meet and exceed targets. Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV/Diploma in Mortgage Broking) are preferred.
