Becoming a Broker Support Staff / CSM can be both challenging and rewarding; be it from data entry,  filing & processing loan applications; Being Part of the customers “Great Australian Dream” buying property; Completing a variety of simple and complex lending activities; or helping your Head Broker building and maintain a client base, developing referral sources and technical skills are all day to day tasks that you may come across in the variety of roles available in our network.

Whether you have NO Mortgage Broking Industry experience or are already currently Customer Service Manager or Broker Support Staff member, you already possess many of the skills necessary to be successful as a Broker, but even with your experience, it can still be a daunting prospect.
